Delivery and Shipping Flat rate shipping at €1 across Europe At X-maquinas, we simplify your shopping experience. We apply a single, transparent shipping rate to all your orders.

1. Shipping Rates We believe in simple pricing. Regardless of the weight or volume of your order:

  • Shipping costs: €1.00 (incl. VAT) per order.

  • Countries served: France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, and all EU countries.

2. Preparation and Transport Times

  • Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day after payment validation.

  • Transit time: Once handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

  • Total time: You will receive your package within an average of 4 to 8 business days.

3. Shipping Methods We work with trusted partners (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, GLS, UPS) to ensure rigorous tracking of your shipment. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

4. Order Tracking You can track the progress of your delivery directly from your customer account in the "Order History" section or via the carrier link received by email.

Additional Shipping Information Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via courier with a tracking number and dropped off without signature. Some orders may be shipped via UPS Extra with a signature required; please contact us before choosing this method as additional costs may apply. Our €1 shipping fee includes handling, packing, and postage. We recommend grouping your items in one single order. Your package is shipped with great care, and fragile objects are given special attention. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At X-Maquinas, your satisfaction is our priority. Whether your product is defective or you have simply changed your mind, we offer a flexible return and exchange process.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

2. Product Condition We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in one of the following conditions:

  • New: Unused and in original packaging.

  • Slightly Used: Tested or minimally used, but must be clean and complete.

3. Return Method Returns must be made at a designated drop-off location.

  • Please contact our support or visit our return portal to receive your instructions/label.

  • Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

4. Fees & Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: A flat fee of 5 EUR applies to all returns (deducted from your refund).

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges. If you prefer a different model or item, please specify this during the return process.
